Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe in Baltimore is seeking a friendly and efficient Busser to support dining room operations. You will clear and reset tables, sweep floors, stock supplies, and assist hosts, servers, and fellow bussers to ensure a smooth guest experience.

This role emphasizes urgency, teamwork, and attention to cleanliness in a fast-paced environment; prior hospitality experience is helpful, and you will contribute to a positive dining atmosphere and adherence to health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Clearing dirty tables.
• Resetting tables.
• Sweeping the floor.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Stocking ice/products.
• Maintaining a clean and organized back dock area.
• Pre-bussing tables.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• In some Cafes: removing ketchups; refilling guests’ drinks and setting up bar pre‑mixes.

Because of the business volume, bussers may be used at Hard Rock Cafe. They are directly responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the restaurant, which allows other departments to focus on the guests.
