Job Summary

The Busser is responsible for cleaning and resetting tables in a professional and effective manner while providing a consistent and sustainable environment. They support servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables, assist in food and beverage service, and maintain cleanliness in common areas of the restaurant.

Essential Job Functions

1. Consistently offer professional and friendly service.
2. Set up and stock assigned work area following established standards.
3. Help servers inspect stations for proper setup and appearance.
4. Maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling water glasses.
5. Clear and reset tables within standard timing guidelines.
6. Assist in serving coffee, tea, water, bread, butter, and other items.
7. Support server with all aspects of service while maintaining a professional work area.
8. Clean service stations, fill ice bins, and restock items as per par levels.
9. Assist in setting up and breaking down dining room facilities.
10. Retrieve stewarding items and polish/store equipment as designated.
11. Understand and comply with all safety regulations.

• Mobility in walk-in refrigerators and freezers.
