General Summary Of Job Duties

Friendly to guests and assisting food servers as needed with beverages. Responsible for cleaning and setting tables with silverware. Also removing dishes, glassware, and silverware from the tables. Continuously taking dishes back to the dish room, cleaning and stocking soiled dishes, glassware, silverware, and napkins. Properly fill ice machine, sanitation buckets, clean side stations, sweep, and mop. Must work well with others, be able to stand, bend, lift, and walk for the duration of shift. At least 6 months of previous bus person experience preferred.

Principle Responsibilities And Duties

• Maintain high-quality guest service according to Silverton STYLE.
• Check for proper identification of guests appearing under 35 years old.
• Know and follow applicable company and departmental policies and procedures; willing to learn new policies.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
• Maintain open communication with managers.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
• Accept performance feedback professionally.
• Attend all scheduled shifts regularly.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
