Busser

Introductory Period

180-day probationary period with performance evaluations, training, and attendance requirements.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain professional appearance and proper dress code.
• Arrive on time and follow call-in procedures for absences.
• Obtain service area assignments at each shift start.
• Greet guests promptly and provide water.
• Reset tables efficiently, clear and clean tableware, and maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Respond to guest requests and communicate with servers.
• Assist servers with food delivery, refills, and clearing tables.
• Thank guests upon departure, demonstrating superior guest service skills.
• Show schedule flexibility and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned and enjoy the work environment.
