Busser
Introductory Period

From the date of hire, there is a 180-day introductory period for all new hires. Excellent attendance and schedule flexibility are required. During this period, performance will be evaluated to identify areas for improvement, additional training, or employment dismissal if necessary.

Essential Job Functions
  • Maintain proper dress code, including wearing a nametag, and present a professional appearance at all times.
  • Be punctual; attendance is essential. Follow all call-in procedures if absent.
  • Obtain service area assignments at the start of each shift.
  • Greet guests promptly as they are seated and provide water.
  • Reset tables quickly and professionally after guests leave, including clearing tableware and organizing items for washing.
  • Clean table tops, chairs, booths, and surrounding areas between seatings. Maintain the grooming of the restaurant and its perimeters.
  • Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate them to servers immediately.
  • Assist servers with food delivery, especially during peak times and large parties. Support with refills and clearing tables.
  • Thank guests as they leave, demonstrating superior guest service skills.
  • Show flexibility in scheduling to ensure smooth restaurant operations as directed by management.
  • Help out fellow team members as needed, fostering a team-oriented environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
