Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas Strip is seeking a part-time Busser to support the dining room by clearing and resetting tables, sweeping floors, and keeping the dining area clean.

You will assist hosts, servers, and fellow bussers, unload and stock supplies, and help maintain back dock organization with a sense of urgency to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty tables and reset them for the next guests.
• Sweep floors and maintain a clean dining area.
• Empty trash cans and stock ice/products.
• Assist with back dock organization and restocking.
• Pre-bus tables and communicate with hosts/servers.
• Maintain a sense of urgency to support the team.
• Refill guests' drinks and set up bar pre-mix where applicable.
