Job summary

Lodge of Four Seasons in Lake Ozark, Missouri, is hiring full-time/part-time bussers to support our dining team and ensure a flawless guest experience.

You will clear tables, reset service areas, and assist waitstaff while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Full-time roles include benefits; training is provided to grow into hospitality leadership.

This position offers advancement opportunities through our Management Development Program and travel discounts across our world-brand properties.

Responsibilities

• Removing plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating.
• Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables.
• Straightening tablecloths and replacing stained ones.
• Replacing cutlery and glassware for new diners.
• Refilling napkins, condiments and drinks on the dining table.
• Assisting with delivering meal orders when staff are busy.
• Cleaning the dining area at close of day.

Responsibilities:

• Removing plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
• Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables
• Straightening out the tablecloth or replacing stained ones
• Replacing cutlery and glassware in anticipation of new diners
• Refilling paper napkins, salt and pepper shakers and any other depleted condiments on the dining table
• Refilling drinking glasses with water
• Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busy
• Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day

Requirements:

• Previous work experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is ideal, but willing to train the food service professional looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!

$15.00 per hour
