Responsibilities

• Team player responsible for bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness and service in public areas.
• Recommend and upsell menu items.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as necessary.
• Support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise to ensure a WOW experience for guests.
• Adhere to safe food handling, sanitation and safety procedures during shifts.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Work in hot and cold environments.
• Walk and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
• Manual dexterity for handling glassware, utensils and technology systems.
• Move quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
• Visual ability to work in low or dim lighting (distance, focus, color).
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Responsible Beverage Service certification required for all California positions (completed during training or within 60 days of start).
