Out West Restaurant Group is seeking a Server/Barback for their Burbank location. This role offers an hourly pay of $16.90 plus tips, and the opportunity for extensive on-the-job training through the Shift Leader program.

• Team player responsible for bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness and service in public areas.
• Recommend and upsell menu items.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as necessary.
• Support all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise to ensure a WOW experience for guests.
• Adhere to safe food handling, sanitation and safety procedures during shifts.
