Job summary

SRG Hospitality is seeking a Bar Back/Busser to support Sparkies Kitchen & Bar, Stella's Table, and Union 212 Banquet Hall in Oakland County. You will assist servers and bartenders by clearing tables, resetting for guests, and maintaining a clean dining room.

The role requires ability to lift heavy items, stand for long periods, and multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull heavy objects.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables of dishes and napkins after guests leave.
• Sanitize tables and chairs.
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other needed supplies.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes for cleaning.
• Restock kitchen with plates and other needed supplies.
• Maintain the dining room.
• Assist bartenders in cleaning glassware, removing bus tubs and stocking bar.

Bar Back / Busser Job Responsibilities:

The Bar Back/Busser's role is to contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests by clearing tables of dirty dishes, glasswear and silverware. Sanitizing the tables and surrounding areas. Replacing table linens and setting tables for the next guest.

Responsibilities

• Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after guests are finished
• Sanitize tables and chairs
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other needed supplies
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes for cleaning
• Help to restock kitchen with plates and other needed supplies
• Maintain the dinning room
• Assist Bartenders in cleaning glasswear, removing bus tubs and stocking bar

Qualifications
