McGlynns Pubs in Greenville, Delaware is seeking a motivated Bar Back / Busser to join our team. You will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, replacing table linens, stocking and cleaning the bar area, changing kegs and rotating stock to support smooth service.

Qualifications

• Previous knowledge of food service regulations is preferred.
• Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
