Job summary

Mellow Mushroom in Herndon, VA is seeking a Busser to help create a clean, welcoming dining room. You’ll clear tables, reset stations, and support servers to ensure fast, friendly service for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Help us provide a clean, pleasant, and Mellow dining experience for all guests
• Set all tables with proper plates, glasses, utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Clear tables when guests are finished (happy) and prepare tables for new arrivals (excited)
• Support wait staff by assisting them with guest needs; refill water and iced tea glasses; replenish utensils
• Help Mellow Mushroom maintain a clean and sanitary environment; sweep floors, take out trash, and pay attention to all surfaces
• Keep a clean and sanitary bussing station; take pride in everything you do at work

As Busser, you’ll set the stage for service, clearing tables and help servers attend to customers. You’re a team player who would rather stay busy than sit on your hands and watch a clock.
