Responsibilities

• Help us provide a clean, pleasant, and Mellow dining experience for all guests
• Set all tables with proper plates, glasses, utensils, napkins, and condiments
• Clear tables when guests are finished (happy) and prepare tables for new arrivals (excited)
• Support wait staff by assisting them with guest needs; refill water and iced tea glasses; replenish utensils
• Help Mellow Mushroom maintain a clean and sanitary environment; sweep floors, take out trash, and pay attention to all surfaces
• Keep a clean and sanitary bussing station; take pride in everything you do at work
