Job Tasks/Duties

• Assists Servers in their set-up, service and clean-uptasks.
• Serves water as members and guests areseated.
• Assists in carrying food trays totables.
• Removes soiled dishes from table; brings to dish-washingarea.
• Removes soiled linen and replaces with cleanlinen.
• Sets tables with silverware, glassware and otheritems.
• Cleans dining roomareas.
• Stocks servers’ station withsupplies.
• Collects trash from dining room, grill and other specified places after each servingperiod.
• Dusts chairs before and aftermeals.
• Keeps ice bins and bucketsfilled.
• Sets-up, empties and cleans saladbar.
• Cleans and stores child highchairs and boosterseats.
• Collects soiled linen from dining room, transfers to linen pick-uparea.
• Takes packaged take-out orders to reception stand for memberpick-up.
• Folds napkins and breadbasketlinens.
• Cleans-up spills, broken service ware and attends to similar problems during service with minimal disruption todiners.
• Assists Dining Room Manager and other employees in assuring that the club’s policies and procedures for serving alcoholic beverages are consistentlyfollowed.
• May assist banquet personnel in setting-up, serving and cleaning up after banquetfunctions.
• Polishes silver serviceitems.
• Moves tables and chairs as needed for the next member and guestdiners.
• Re-sets tables at end ofshift for the next mealperiod.
• Assists with banquet and buffetsetup.
• Helps to maintain a fully stockedbuffet.
• Performs other appropriate duties asassigned.

Licenses and Special Requirements

• Must beof legal age to serve alcoholicbeverages.
• Food safetycertification.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist orreach.
