Estancia Del Norte is seeking a Busser to support our food and beverage team in a hotel dining environment. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming space by clearing and resetting tables between guest seatings and assisting servers with water refills, bread delivery, and clearing used dishes.
Responsibilities include keeping dining areas pristine, setting tables with linens and glassware, and supporting banquet setups as needed.

A Busser supports the food and beverage team by ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for guests. This role is essential to maintaining high service standards and enhancing the overall guest experience in hotel restaurants, lounges, or banquet areas.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required. Current TABC (TX) or RVSP (LA) is required.
