Job summary

Night Rooster in the Dallas Design District, led by acclaimed chef Shirley Chung, offers elevated Chinese cuisine and a refined dining experience backed by a curated beverage program and premium sake.

We are seeking a busser to work with servers, polish flatware, reset tables, and keep dining areas clean. The role requires a flexible weekend/holiday schedule and a positive team player attitude; compensation is competitive with benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior busser experience in fine dining preferred.
• Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Good listening, judgment and health/safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware and set up tables with silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and napkins.
• Clear, clean and sanitize booth/chair and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed.
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with server, hostess, and management to ensure tables are turned efficiently.
• Serve water, coffee, soft drinks, and refilling when needed.
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
