Job description

Join us as a Busser at Parlor Hospitality Group

Based in the West Loop area, our new cutting-edge design, The Texan Taco bar, offers remarkable Tex-Mex inspired cuisine across two floors, including a patio and a retractable rooftop overlooking Randolph Street.

Role Overview: Our ideal busser will be responsible for resetting tables efficiently and professionally as guests leave, maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and its surroundings, and supporting servers and staff with refills and clearing tables. We seek passionate industry professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths between seatings. Check and clean the floor as needed. Reset and arrange tables.
  • Obtain service area assignments at each shift's start.
  • Greet guests promptly upon seating and serve water.
  • Clear tables after guests depart, transporting tableware to the dish room and organizing items for washing.
  • Inspect and clean restrooms every 15 minutes.
  • Coordinate with servers and hosts to ensure efficient seating and customer service.
  • Stock, set up, and clean tables and chairs throughout the shift.
  • Assist servers with food delivery during busy periods and large parties.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a great guest experience.
