Overview

Assist the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and providing excellent guest service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Clear dirty table settings promptly and reset tables efficiently.
2. Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations, including silverware, linens, and condiments.
3. Serve guests beverages, bread, and butter, replenishing as needed.
4. Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
5. Adhere to attendance policies and be available to work regularly.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to move or push goods weighing up to 150 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.

Compensation

Salary Range: $16.50 per hour. Tipped/Service charge: No. Discretionary bonus: No.
