Responsibilities:

• Remove all dishes and items from tables after meals.
• Clean and prepare tables for new guests according to company standards.
• Perform cleaning side work as assigned.
• Complete all service paperwork as required.
• Support waitstaff and kitchen staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Physical ability to carry heavy trays and tubs with dishes.
• Ability to balance heavy items.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• High energy and stamina.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure.
• Effective time management and prioritization skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
