Position Purpose

This role involves assisting servers in delivering quality guest service and supporting the management team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up tables with mis en place such as condiments and utensils.
• Ensuring stations are stocked and prepared for service.
• Arranging candles on tables.
• Neatly detailing tables before service begins.
• Delivering bread and water, assisting other sections when necessary.
• Maintaining the bread warmer.
• Clearing and resetting tables between courses and for new guests.
• Completing side work as assigned.
• Performing additional duties as directed by supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Physical Requirements
