Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Busser for an on-site, part-time role. Typical earnings are $18–$19 per hour (base + tips). You’ll help maintain a welcoming dining environment, assist with service, and support the kitchen during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well‑timed, and pleasant.
• Provide a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Assist with delivery and serving of all food items to guests using pivot point system.
• Remove soiled dishes and utensils between courses.
• Ensure tables are clear, cleaned, and reset promptly between seatings.
• Carve appropriate entrees table-side for guests, including pork chops and steaks.
• Assist kitchen with upkeep and restocking of silverware and plate ware, and cleaning surfaces and floors.
• Assist kitchen closing by returning food items to coolers.

TheBusserposition is about:

• Ensuring the guest dining experience, as a whole, is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant.
• Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees.
• Assist with delivery and serving of all food items to appropriate guests utilizing pivot point system.
• Removes soiled dishes and utensils between courses.
• Ensure that tables are clear, cleaned, and reset promptly between seating.
• Carve appropriate entrees including pork chops, Chateaubriand and bone-in New York strip steaks table-side for guests.
• Assist chef team with continual upkeep of kitchen including restocking of appropriate silverware and plate ware, cleaning of all surfaces and floors throughout kitchen.
• Assist chef team with the closing of the kitchen, including the return of all appropriate food items to their locations in coolers.

Typical earnings ranging between $18 and $19/hour (base + tips)
