Job Summary

The Busser is responsible for cleaning and resetting tables in a professional and effective manner, supporting servers and service staff with refills and clearing tables, providing guests with bread and beverage service, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas of the restaurant.

Essential Job Functions

• Consistently offer professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Set up and stock assigned work area following established fine dining standards and procedures; help inspect stations for proper setup and appearance.
• Maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling water glasses.
• Clear and reset tables within standard timings and guidelines.
• Assist in serving coffee, tea, water, bread, butter, and other food and beverages.
• Support server with all aspects of service while maintaining a professional work area.
• Clean service stations, fill ice bins, and restock storage and fridge items according to established par levels.
• Complete all side duties as assigned.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining room facilities, retrieve and polish china, silverware, glassware, and stewarding items, then store equipment properly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements

Work Conditions
