Chef David LeFevre has established a niche in Manhattan Beach with eclectic, chef-driven restaurants focusing on soulful food, engaging service, handcrafted cocktails, and boutique wine selections. Our venues include Manhattan Beach Post (opened April 2011), Fishing With Dynamite (April 2013), and The Arthur J (June 2015). We are seeking skilled, passionate, experienced, and motivated Busser/Runners to join us at Fishing With Dynamite.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of bussing and running experience in a high-volume upscale casual environment. They should be comfortable engaging with guests with the same ease as our servers, including pointing out food intricacies when delivered. All candidates should demonstrate humility, respect, and integrity.

A flexible schedule, including lunch and dinner shifts, is preferred. We value individuals passionate about hospitality and relationship building, eager to learn about the menu, and driven to improve continuously. If this describes you, you may be a great fit.
