Position Summary

Assists Floor & Cocktail Servers in guest service steps and resets tables efficiently and professionally.

Interacts politely and courteously with guests, team members, and supervisors to ensure gracious hospitality.

Essential Functions:

1. Anticipate and accommodate guest needs.
2. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables.
3. Communicate guest needs to staff and management.
4. Deliver and refill water as requested.
5. Clear and reset tables, clean table areas.
6. Contribute to guest satisfaction through active participation.
7. Maintain cleanliness of stations and venue, comply with sanitation standards.
8. Set up floor and side stations, perform opening/closing procedures.
9. Participate in marking tables for courses when available.
10. Report damage or breakage immediately.
11. Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions.
12. Demonstrate professionalism, team spirit, and knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality.
13. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Training Requirements: Tao Group Hospitality in-venue busser training.

Qualifications:

• Previous hospitality and busser experience.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge environments.

Skills & Physical Demands:

• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Positive attitude, neat appearance, team player.
• Ability to kneel, bend, stand, and move quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in noisy, crowded, smoky environments; extended hours and shifts may be required.
