Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a friendly, energetic Busperson to support servers and guests in a fast-paced hotel dining environment. You will keep tables clean and stocked, assist with beverages and service flow, and learn to operate the Host Stand while delivering courteous hospitality.

Ideal candidates will thrive in a high-volume setting, communicate well, and be eager to grow into server roles while maintaining a professional appearance and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and properly set tables and assist the Food Runner.

What You'll Do

• A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
• Learn to operate the Host Stand
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
• Process all payment methods
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
