Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Busperson to support restaurant teams across premium hotels. You will keep tables clean, assist with service, and learn the host stand while delivering warm hospitality.

This role requires energy, teamwork, and the ability to stay composed during busy shifts. We offer Day 1 benefits, growth opportunities, and access to discounts across our hotel network.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are clean and properly set; assist Food Runner.
• Communicate with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality; stay professional and friendly.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and garnishes; answer guest questions.
• Perform cleaning, opening, and closing duties as needed.
• Process all payment methods.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance; represent the establishment well.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Do

• A Busperson will ensure that all tables are clean and properly set while also assisting the Food Runner when necessary
• Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers. Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
• Learn to operate the Host Stand
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes. Accurately answer any guest questions
• Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
• Process all payment methods
• Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
• Perform other duties as assigned
