Las Vegas-based MGM Resorts International operates Carbone at Aria, where Buspersons support a vibrant fine-dining team. You will help maintain the elegant dining environment, assist with service flow, and ensure timely water, bread, and beverage service to guests.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of relevant busperson or hospitality experience, are 18+, and are ready to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Benefits include meals, parking, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fine Dining or Upscale restaurant environments preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ year of related Busperson experience or hospitality exposure is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service.
• Polish flatware, set tables with silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and napkins.
• Ensure ashtrays are clean and tables are properly set in designated smoking areas.
• Clear, sanitize booths, chairs, and tables; reset with linens and table items.
• Remove dirty dishes and linens; assist with trash disposal.
• Coordinate table availability and communicate with Server, Hostess, and Management to maximize turnover.
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks; refill as needed.
• Maintain clean dining room floors and overall appearance.

THE JOB:

As a Busperson for Carbone at Aria, you will support our legendary service team in maintaining the clean, vibrant, and theatrical dining environment of our world-class Italian-American restaurant. Working hand-in-hand with our captains and servers, you will elevate the guest experience through meticulous table maintenance, prompt water, bread, and beverage service, and pristine table resets, ensuring our high-turnover parlor flows flawlessly while maintaining the premier fine dining standards of our celebrated culinary destination.

THE STARTING RATE:

$15.0169 USD Hourly + Tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
• Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
• Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
• Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
• Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
• Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
• Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ Years of Prior relevant experience as a Busperson in a Fine Dining or similar Upscale restaurant environment preferred
