Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Business Unit Manager to influence leadership decisions and roll out client campaigns within Publicis Communications agencies. The role emphasizes strategic and operational input to drive sales channels and market initiatives.

The candidate will oversee market planning, budgeting, and customer engagement while leading in brand building across communications, experiences and technology, with strong emphasis on written and verbal English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of college is preferred.
• Travel required to visit customers and attend Industry Trade Shows (20%).
• At least 10–12 years of relevant experience in the advertising industry.
• At least 4 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Top talent who has demonstrated ability to lead in all areas of brand building (communications, experiences and technology).
• Solid writing, speaking & presenting skills in English.

Responsibilities

• To plan and develop sales channel to achieve budget.
• To organize and implement sales strategies in compliance with Company’s direction.
• To review market plans and sales targets of existing customers.
• To conduct market surveys, business plans for evaluation of up‑to‑date customers’ requirement.
• To monitor customers’ sampling, price negotiation, sales order management, market need analysis.
