Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Business Unit Manager to join the North Brunswick, NJ team. The role provides strategic and operational input, influencing leadership decisions and overseeing client campaign rollouts within Publicis Communications agencies.

The position requires developing sales channels, leading in brand building, and delivering market insights while coordinating with our teams to drive growth. Travel and a strong command of English are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of college preferred.
• Travel required to visit customers and attend Industry Trade Shows (20%).
• 10–12 years of relevant experience in the advertising industry.
• At least 4 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to lead in brand building (communications, experiences and technology).
• Strong writing, speaking and presenting skills in English.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Business Unit Manager plays an essential role in the leadership team by providing strategic & operational input. We expect this person to demonstrate the skills to be credible at this level, with the ability to influence decisions of the leadership team and be able to stay in control of the roll out of Client campaigns within the Publicis Communications agencies.
