Job summary

Averro is seeking a high-impact leader to own the P&L for a product line in Everett, WA. You will drive bookings, EBITDA, and coordinate across sales, operations, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university.
• 5+ years in aerospace with increasing responsibility; strong business acumen and numerical reasoning.
• ITAR-eligible U.S. Person; background and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for a product line, driving bookings, sales, and EBITDA goals.
• Lead a cross-functional team of sales, operations, and engineering through influence.
• Grow new business through value-based pricing, contract review, and negotiation.
• Serve as the key customer contact, resolving production and quality issues.
• Build the annual business plan and present quarterly reviews to executives.
