You will lead cross-functional teams to drive profitability and growth through strategic business plans. Ideal candidates will possess an Owner's Mentality with the experience in sales, operations, finance or engineering, ideally in manufacturing. The role offers a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $230,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, paid time off, and health insurance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, operations, finance, or engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 40% as required.

Responsibilities
