The role requires a Bachelor's degree with an MBA preferred and 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing or related industries. It offers significant autonomy and direct partnership with executive leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall profit and loss performance of the business unit.
• Develop and execute annual operating plans and long-term growth strategies.
• Drive revenue, bookings, margin, and EBITDA objectives.
• Monitor business performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Develop strategies to increase market share and improve profitability.
• Lead contract negotiations and support strategic account development activities.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to support business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team.
• Present business performance, growth initiatives, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
