Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group in Atlanta is seeking a BT Sales Manager to drive group revenue by cultivating relationships in niche markets. You will prospect for new business, respond to RFPs, negotiate and execute group contracts, and coordinate with hotel teams to meet client expectations.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role offers career growth within the sales discipline, including opportunities to advance into larger markets and higher roles within HVMG.

Qualifications

• Hotel experience is a plus.
• College degree or two years of hotel experience required.
• Certifications in hospitality sales are considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business opportunities in niche markets.
• Manage and respond to inbound RFPs and inquiries.
• Negotiate and execute group contracts.
• Coordinate with hotel operations to align client expectations.
• Report to Director of Sales and support revenue goals.
