Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking a Business Transformation Principal for the HR Outsourcing Operations team to drive end-to-end transformation programs.

This individual will lead multiple projects, guide teams, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver enterprise-wide change across organization and technology initiatives. The role requires 7+ years in transformation or strategy, strong presentation and data analysis skills, and experience with AI tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Transformation, Strategy, Management Consulting or similar quantitative business-related capacity.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency in effectively putting together presentations and storytelling
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analysis background
• Advanced Microsoft Visio skills and development of current vs. future state business processes
• Previous experience leading or managing teams
• Previous experience upskilling and teaching others
• Experience presenting to executive and senior leader stakeholders
• Experience leveraging AI tools
• Collaborating with business senior leaders and support function team members to identify improvement opportunities and answer key strategic question
• Excellent analysis and pattern recognition skills, as well as synthesis skills

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects comprised of multiple BT team members and manage and execute strategic project(s) covering assessments, org design, operating model design, data analysis and technology adoption.
• Coach and upskill team members to shape project strategy and validate business cases.
• Apply change management and business process frameworks to roll out programs for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze complex ideas to build recommendations and roadmaps for execution.
• Mentor BT project members and guide delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for project senior leaders and manage relationships.
