JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Business Training Specialist to drive the Americas region's training strategy and capability development. You will design and implement training programs, set annual plans, and work across departments to standardize processes for effective learning and performance.

You will collaborate with HR, operations, and sales to schedule courses, measure outcomes, and convert knowledge into reusable materials.

Responsabilités

• Establish training management mechanisms and annual/monthly training plans for the Americas region.
• Coordinate needs surveys, solution design, course scheduling, instructor coordination, and training implementation.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through satisfaction, exams, business performance, and feedback.
• Develop and update training materials, courses, question banks, and resources.
• Track and archive training data to improve efficiency and traceability.

Job Title: Business Training Specialist

Location : Fontana, California, City of Industry, California or Perth Amboy, New Jersey

Annual Base : $70,304 - $100,000 + Annual Bonus

Job Type : Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for establishing and improving the training and capability enhancement system for the Americas region. Based on regional business development and talent capability needs, establish training management mechanisms, annual/monthly training plans, and related standard processes to promote the standardized and systematic implementation of training.
• Work closely with various business departments to plan and drive the implementation of various training projects based on business development and personnel capability enhancement needs, including new employee training, business skill training, and specialized capability improvement. Coordinate needs surveys, solution design, course scheduling, instructor coordination, and training implementation to ensure the effective delivery of training projects.
• Establish a training effectiveness evaluation and tracking mechanism. Evaluate training effectiveness through training satisfaction, exam results, business performance, and training feedback. Conduct regular project reviews to continuously optimize training content and implementation methods, promoting the conversion of training results into business capabilities.
• Responsible for the training course system and internal instructor resource construction for the Americas region. Drive the conversion of business knowledge, best practices, and standard operating procedures into courses, cases, question banks, and training materials. Establish and continuously improve the internal instructor mechanism and training resource library.
• Responsible for the standardized management and continuous updating of training materials, course records, exam results, and employee training files. Promote the online and standardized archiving of training data and materials to improve training management efficiency and traceability.
