As Senior Solutions Sales Associate, FoodStorm, you will focus on expanding FoodStorm’s adoption within existing retailer accounts and the broader market, contributing to efficient and customer-focused grocery experiences.

This role suits an experienced SaaS sales professional skilled in complex, enterprise-level sales cycles and industry navigation with firm budgets. If you excel at relationship-building and applying a challenger mindset to drive change, we want to hear from you.

About The Role

Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving SaaS adoption among grocery retailers, managing complex sales involving multiple decision-makers.
  • Balancing relationship-driven sales with challenging clients to prioritize digital transformation.
  • Building trust and presenting ROI-driven business cases to clients.
  • Navigating budget constraints and helping retailers invest in digital solutions.
  • Partnering with internal teams for seamless sales-to-implementation transitions.
Expertise in solution selling and experience in grocery or food tech will help FoodStorm become a preferred platform.

The FoodStorm team is part of the Connected Stores portfolio, working closely with retailer account teams to solve critical business challenges and foster growth.

About The Job

Your duties include:

  • Identifying and establishing relationships with grocery retailers aligned with FoodStorm’s strategy.
  • Navigating enterprise sales cycles and influencing decision-makers across departments.
  • Leading product demos and presenting ROI cases.
  • Collaborating with marketing to grow the pipeline.
  • Addressing budget barriers and demonstrating long-term value.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in prepared foods and store digitization.
  • Managing sales pipelines with Salesforce and representing FoodStorm in cross-functional meetings.
  • Traveling as needed to deepen client relationships.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years in SaaS enterprise sales with success in complex cycles.
  • Experience navigating budgets and influencing clients.
  • Strong relationship and challenger skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, especially with C-level stakeholders.
  • Organizational skills and proficiency with Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • High integrity and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in grocery, retail, or prepared foods sectors.
  • Creative and analytical approach to influencing and solving business challenges.
