Job summary

Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc. in Walker, MI is seeking a Business Systems & BI Analyst to support ERP and business systems, develop Power BI dashboards, improve workflows, and deliver insights that drive business performance. Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to enable data-driven decisions.

Hybrid work model offered. Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field and 3+ years of ERP/BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of progressive experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, BI platforms, or related technologies.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Made2Manage, NetSuite, or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify system, process, and reporting improvement opportunities.
• Support and enhance ERP, CRM, reporting, and operational business systems.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reports.
• Develop SQL queries, datasets, and reporting solutions to support decision-making.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Analyze workflows and recommend automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Provide end-user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing business systems support.

Pipp Mobile Storage Systems, Inc. is actively seeking a Business Systems & BI Analyst to join its team in Walker, MI. This position has the opportunity for a hybrid work model.

As the Business Systems & BI Analyst, you'll collaborate with leaders across Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Customer Service to support ERP and business systems, develop Power BI dashboards, improve workflows, and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance.

Job Duties:

• Partner with business leaders to identify system, process, and reporting improvement opportunities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Accounting, or related field preferred


• 3+ years of progressive experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, business intelligence platforms, or related technologies


• Manufacturing environment experience preferred


• Experience with ERP platforms such as Made2Manage, NetSuite, or similar systems preferred
