Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of system analysis experience across enterprise applications.
• Experience documenting business rules and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS and IT service management practices.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and end-users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day application support for assigned platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access, synchronization, and performance issues.
• Serve as SME for functional and technical aspects of applications.
• Coordinate with vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain application documentation and support procedures.
