Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Business Systems Analyst to gather requirements and document functionality for software projects. The role involves working with customers and developers to define, simplify, and approve specifications, and supporting QA, training, and project go-live.

Responsibilities include creating workflows, maintaining product requirements, and aiding Sales and Operations with product support and SCR processes. Travel up to 20% is expected as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements and documenting functionality for software projects.
• Experience dealing with customers and developers directly.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain functional specification documents for software products.
• Coordinate with BSAs and stakeholders to gather requirements and approve functional specs.
• Define and simplify requirements with project teams and customers.
• Develop test plans and assist QA with testing.
• Create workflows and module descriptions for software products.
• Provide product support to Sales and Operations teams and assist with SCRs.
