Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with seven (7) years of related experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of related experience.
• Experience with business intelligence tools.
• Experience with SQL data analysis and large datasets.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Formulates/defines specifications for operating software/programs or modifies/maintains complex existing applications using engineering releases and utilities.
• Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devises programs and procedures to process data.
• Prepares charts/diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution.
• Prepares program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic flowcharts.
• Encodes, tests, debugs, and installs operating programs in coordination with operations.
• Reviews progress and evaluates results; reports inconsistencies and suggests improvements.
• Some business groups may require on-call support after hours or weekends.
