Leading pharmaceutical solutions organization is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a fully REMOTE position.

This role exists as a member of the company Enterprise CLM Solutions team. Under the general direction of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Solutions Service Manager, this role supports business owners in identifying specific business problems and the associated Icertis (and related) system needs and services. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Icertis.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Work Hours: 8am to 5pm or 8:30am to 5:30pm

Work Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm with occasional early start to collaborate with offshore teammates, and bi-annual weekend hours to support testing of Icertis Platform upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Syntex for analysis and communication of requirements.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications is beneficial.
• Experience with Agile development methodology and work management tools like Jira is a plus.
• Knowledge of Contract Lifecycle Management and related applications is beneficial.
• Specific experience supporting Icertis.
• Platform configuration experience is a differentiator.
• Strong decision-making and customer service skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business problems and identify solutions.
• Knowledge of project management concepts.
• Effective interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to write functional and technical specifications.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Interview business areas to define needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new development projects.
• Manage work plans to ensure timely completion of specifications.
• Develop proposals for solutions to business needs.
• Prepare user requirements and documentation for systems.
• Participate in requirements reviews.
• Assist in post-implementation analysis and testing.
• Develop training programs and materials for end users.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
