Job summary

PTS Advance is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions in a manufacturing-focused environment. You will assess processes, gather requirements, and help design and implement system improvements with cross-functional teams.

You will develop analytics, create documentation, and train users to ensure successful adoption of new tools and processes. Experience with PI/AVEVA, Maximo, and document control systems is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Applications Analyst, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, objectives, and technology needs.
• Gather, document, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Support testing, validation, and implementation activities.
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions to support decisions.
• Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Deliver end-user training and adoption support for new processes and systems.
