Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Business Analysis professional to elicit, document, and track requirements for changes to business processes, information systems, and policies. You will validate requirements with stakeholders and SMEs, develop procedures for system changes, and support training and change management activities.

Onsite work is required with a W2 contract. The role emphasizes collaboration with project teams to maintain traceability, create reporting tools, and analyze results

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document and track requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems.
• Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and identified SMEs.
• Collaborate with project teams to adhere to solution scope and maintain requirements traceability.
• Support and execute business readiness activities including the communication plan to support changes to technology, processes and people.
• Develop new procedures, specifications for system changes or recommendations for product and/or process changes.
• Facilitate the implementation of changes with management and staff.
• Design customer feedback mechanisms to gather ongoing information about business processes.
• Analyze results and creates plans to address weaknesses.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools for measuring business area performance against metrics/benchmarks and ensuring data integrity and systems stability.
• Provide timely and accurate access to data, distribute reports and present results to the business area and other areas.
• Work with trainers to develop training programs that target problem areas.
• Use industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, use-case analysis, workflow analysis, business process mapping, functional decomposition analysis/or ROI modeling.
• Support business vendor relationships by documenting issues, determining project needs, and supporting training as needed.
• Perform peer reviews of less experienced analysts’ work as needed.

Develop and elicit requirements for departmental and some corporate projects as requested by internal/external customers; prepare business and functional requirements. Communicate and validate requirements with stakeholders and identified SMEs. Collaborate with project teams to adhere to solution scope and maintain requirements traceability. Support and execute business readiness activities including the communication plan to support changes to technology, processes and people. Develop new procedures, specifications for system changes or recommendations for product and/or process changes. Facilitate the implementation of changes with management and staff. Design customer feedback mechanisms to gather ongoing information about business processes. Analyze results and creates plans to address weaknesses. Develop and maintain reporting tools for use in measuring business area performance against metrics/industry benchmarks and ensuring data integrity and systems stability in support of operations management. Provide timely and accurate access to data, distribute reports and present/explain results to business area supported as well as to other areas. Work with trainers to develop training programs that target problem areas. Use industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, use-case analysis, workflow analysis, business process mapping, functional decomposition analysis/or financial ROI modeling for initiatives that are at an intermediate level. Hiring Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field.
