Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Supply Tech – Data Operations Analyst for a 12-month contract with a travel/tech client in the United States. You will own lead and account data quality across sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, qualification, and routing, and maintain Salesforce CRM data structures.

Ideal candidates have 5–6+ years in Data or Sales Operations, strong SQL, Excel/Sheets, and experience with CRM data quality.

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years in Data Operations, GTM Operations, CRM Operations, Sales Operations, or related field.
• Hands-on Salesforce/CRM experience, including data quality and cleanup.
• Intermediate SQL skills for data validation and investigation.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with data quality, deduplication, enrichment, or lead/account management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience partnering with Sales/GTM stakeholders and improving operational processes.
• Experience with third-party data or enrichment tools is a plus.
• Python and AI-assisted workflow experience are a plus.
