Platinum Resource Group seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our fast-paced engineering team in Newport Beach, CA. You will lead cross-functional software initiatives, ensure delivery aligns with business goals, and champion customer-centric solutions that add measurable value.

You will mentor analysts and engineers, drive agile practices, and promote quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across Technology and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading software projects in an integrated agile team.
• Broad experience with software delivery, including benefits, time, cost, and risk management.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Strong communicator to exercise diplomacy and influence of others toward consensus and decision-making.
• Good working knowledge for a variety of software integration, automation, and business process improvement solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile software development team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will work with a diverse group of business and technology leaders, wearing many hats to ensure Engineering teams have the tools they need to deliver meaningful solutions for the business. This is a hands‑on position working directly within a fast‑paced, agile engineering team. Successful candidates must be customer‑centric and be able to foster an environment of mutual respect for delivering quality software within a fast‑paced agile engineering team.
