Job summary

Platinum Resource Group seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our fast-paced engineering team in Newport Beach, CA. You will lead cross-functional software initiatives, ensure delivery aligns with business goals, and champion customer-centric solutions that add measurable value.

You will mentor analysts and engineers, drive agile practices, and promote quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across Technology and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading software projects in an integrated agile team.
• Broad experience with software delivery, including benefits, time, cost, and risk management.
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
• Strong communicator to exercise diplomacy and influence of others toward consensus and decision-making.
• Good working knowledge for a variety of software integration, automation, and business process improvement solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile software development team.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex software projects across multiple engineering groups.
• Lead cross-functional teams on major project initiatives, serving as an agile leader and delivery manager for new software solutions.
• Drive the delivery of high-quality software within a fast-paced Agile environment, prioritizing iterative development to meet evolving business needs and requirements.
• Champion a customer-centric approach by delivering exceptional service and value to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with, motivate, and develop Analysts and Engineers while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams, promoting mutual respect and a shared mission to modernize technology for the modern workforce.
• Improve the efficiency of time, information, and decision-making processes across Technology and Digital teams.
• Provide thought leadership in people, processes, and culture, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment where team members are empowered and accountable.
