Job Overview

We’re hiring a Business Process Specialist to support our client’s Warranty Transformation Program. This role acts as a critical liaison between Global Warranty and IT, helping shape the future of warranty solutions through business process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and agile delivery.

Technical Business Systems Analyst III

Location

Peoria, IL (Onsite - 5 days/week)

Contract

12 Months (With potential extension up to 3+ years)

Hourly Rate

W2: $45 – $48

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 5–7 years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 10+ years.

Required Technical Skills

• Experience with Agile methodology and working in Scrum teams.
• Familiarity with Java, PostgreSQL, AWS (not hands‑on coding, but understanding).
• Strong UAT leadership and training documentation experience.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and lead cross‑functional discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a software engineer (Java or similar).
• Exposure to off‑the‑shelf solutions like Salesforce.
• Choppy tenure
