Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst I in Santa Ana, CA. You will work with business and technology leaders to ensure Engineering provides tools that enable meaningful solutions for the business.

The role is hands-on within a fast-paced agile engineering team with a customer-centric focus and mutual respect among teammates. You will lead cross-functional teams on major initiatives, act as an agile leader and delivery manager of new software, and help modernize technology

As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst I, you will work with a diverse group of business and technology leaders, wearing many hats to ensure Engineering teams have the tools they need to deliver meaningful solutions for the business. This is a hands-on position working directly within a fast-paced, agile engineering team. Successful candidates must be customer-centric and be able to foster an environment of mutual respect for delivering quality software within a fast-paced agile engineering team.

• You can drive complex software projects, spanning across multiple engineering groups.

• Lead cross-functional teams on major project initiatives, acting as an agile leader and delivery manager of new software.
• Handle many principal duties, all focused on making time, information, and decision processes more effective for the Technology & Digital teams.
• Provide thought leadership to lead and serve, related to people, process, and culture on a team where everyone counts, and everyone is accountable.
