You will partner with stakeholders to document requirements, develop functional specifications, and implement practical solutions that boost accuracy and efficiency.

The role emphasizes hands-on analysis, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements, with a focus on data integrity, training, and adoption of ERP capabilities across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Polite and professional manner.
• Experience in business analysis and supporting ERP systems; Prophet 21 preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with process understanding.
• Strong SQL skills for large data sets and data integrity.
• Experience with workflow automation tools (Workato, Power Automate).
• Ability to gather requirements and translate needs into system solutions.
• Collaborates across teams and communicates clearly.
• Independent, organized, and with strong written/verbal skills.
• Detail-oriented with proven presentation abilities.
