Triunity Software, Inc. is seeking a sharp Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. The role focuses on gathering requirements, translating them to clear specs and user stories, and collaborating across development, QA, and management teams to deliver value.

You will conduct gap analyses, map processes, and facilitate workshops to validate requirements while supporting UAT and rollout activities. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a software/tech environment.
• Proficiency in SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with documenting requirements, use cases, and process modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear system specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify areas for system improvement
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit and validate requirements
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist with system implementation and rollout
• Monitor and report on system performance, identifying opportunities for optimization

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a software/tech environment
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Proficiency in requirements documentation, use case development, and process modeling
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Post-secondary education in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
